How do I access my invoices or change billing details?
Access your SecureMailMerge invoices, update your payment method or credit card, and manage billing details for your subscription.
How you manage billing depends on how you purchased your subscription.
Purchased via credit card (Paddle)
If you purchased through our website with a credit card, your payments are processed by Paddle. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.
To access invoices or update payment details:
- Log in to licensing.solinventum.com
- Click on your subscription
- In the subscription menu you’ll find direct links to:
- Invoices - view and download all past invoices
- Update payment method - change your credit card details
If you can’t find an invoice in your inbox, check your spam folder. The email comes from Paddle (help@paddle.com), not SecureMailMerge directly.
If your business is VAT-registered, enter your VAT ID at checkout so the invoice is issued with reverse charge where applicable.

Purchased via Microsoft 365 (AppSource)
If you purchased through the SecureMailMerge SaaS offer on Microsoft AppSource using Microsoft 365 billing, your invoices, payment method and cancellation are managed through Microsoft, not on the licensing server.
To access invoices:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Navigate to Billing > Bills & payments
- Find your SecureMailMerge subscription in the list
To change or cancel the subscription itself, go to Billing > Your products.
Need invoices sent to a different email?
If you need invoices sent to a different email address (such as accounts payable), you have two options:
- Forward invoices: Set up email forwarding rules for Paddle emails
- Delegate access: On the licensing server (licensing.solinventum.com), you can add a delegated administrator with the manage billing permission so they can view invoices and update payment details
Changing the subscription owner
The subscription is tied to the Microsoft 365 account that made the purchase. To transfer ownership to a different account, you’ll need to cancel the current subscription (it stays active until the end of the paid term) and have the new owner purchase a fresh subscription. Contact help@securemailmerge.com if you need assistance.
