Why Is the Promotional Footer at the Top of My Email?
Learn why the SecureMailMerge promotional footer may appear at the top of longer Outlook emails when using the free version of the add-in.
This is intentional. For longer emails, we place the promotional banner at the top instead of the bottom so it remains visible to recipients.
The simplest solution is to purchase a license, which removes the banner completely from all your emails. The free version includes every feature and adds this short promotional footer to each email; a license removes it.
If your organization has deployed SecureMailMerge, your IT administrator can adjust these limits. Contact them if you have questions about your organization’s configuration.
